I offer three kinds of coaching: writing coaching, anxiety coaching, and empowerment coaching. Sometimes they overlap. Sometimes they don’t. But in all cases, my purpose is to help clients move forward with their work and in their lives, while experiencing greater levels of freedom, peace of mind, and joy. My intention is to facilitate creative expression and help clients access their own wisdom. My coaching practices are transformational and often result in the fulfillment of heartfelt dreams and goals, as well as improved health and happiness.
