Here’s what I've learned from personal experience: You do not have to suffer!
You can heal your anxiety by understanding the nature of thought, as well as consciousness and mind.
This takes time and insight, but you can absolutely cure—and create a new relationship with—anxiety, which is a human emotion we all experience. It does not have to run your life!
Reach out for help if you need it. I did. I was ashamed of what I was going through, which was unnecessary and unhelpful. When I was going through my anxiety disorder I tried dozens of therapies and holistic healing modalities, which I describe in my memoir, Raw: My Journey from Anxiety to Joy. I’ve continued to deepen in my understanding of anxiety, where it comes from, and how we innocently create it.
