I’m a writer, teacher, and coach who helps people get out of their own way so that what wants to be expressed through them is free to come forward.

While my focus is teaching the art and craft of writing, as well as helping people navigate the business of writing, I pride myself on inspiring writers to stand in their truth, to shine on the page, and also in their lives. I’m different from many writing teachers and coaches in that I teach spiritual principles, such as self-acceptance and forgiveness, non-judgment, and the cultivation of courage. These practices are invaluable for writers, and lead to completed manuscripts, as well as personal transformation and growth.

as a teacher are unrivaled. She creates a safe and sacred space for students to explore their work. In her class, I found my voice as a writer and wrote my first novel.

Her love, support, insight, and encouragement have been instrumental to me all along my writing journey. She is truly magical!”
