Our work together will point you in the direction of your own resilience. You will cultivate self-acceptance, forgiveness, non-judgment, and courage.
I am committed to my clients’ growth as people, and support their growth on multiple levels. While I am not a therapist, I have a Masters degree in Spiritual Psychology, and offer suggestions for clearing obstacles that hold people back. If a client’s issues appear to be beyond my scope as their coach, I make referrals to therapists.
